The Community at Pond Meadow provides a refreshing independent living option with the peace of mind you seek. The Community offers those 62 years of age and older to live in spacious, affordable, one-floor homes in beautiful natural surroundings. The Community offers an a la carte menu of optional amenities and services; and round-the-clock emergency response.

Location

Located in Wrentham, Massachusetts it offers a country setting with easy access to local shopping and services as well as close proximity to Boston, Cape Cod, and Providence, RI.

Home Style Options

One-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom deluxe homes are available. Three of the two-bedroom homes are designed with kitchens and baths that can be used easily by persons in wheelchairs. In addition homes may have dens or three season rooms. All homes have a patio for outdoor entertaining and enjoyment.

Making Connections

The Community Center, which still maintains the charm of the barn it was converted from, welcomes residents for community activities and family gatherings. Each week a variety of resident driven activities are scheduled, which include Tai Chi, Book Club, Pot Luck Dinners, Bridge, Sewing Club, and much more.
